Andy Hall

Andy serves on the leadership team here at The Lighthouse Church. Andy is originally from London. Married to Yvonne they have two daughters at university in Scotland and live in West Kilbride on the Ayrshire coast. After graduating from London Bible College in 1986 Andy worked with Youth With A Mission (YWAM); serving in evangelism, church planting and training projects all over the UK. From 1997 he worked as the National Evangelist for YWAM England following four years as the director of an inter-church Bible School in Guildford, Surrey, which aimed to train up pioneer evangelists and church planters.

The family moved to Scotland in 2001 when Andy was appointed as National Director for the work of YWAM in that nation. In 2007 he stepped down from this role and out of YWAM to concentrate on a full time teaching and preaching ministry along side churches and their leadership teams.

Andy is the founding director of the Equipped to Live Network (ETLN). ETLN aims to equip, encourage and mobilize Christians to be an effective mission force in their communities. He travels widely in the UK and internationally in this teaching and training role. Andy is also the chairman of Leaders Together for Scotland – a gathering of key Charismatic & Pentecostal leaders in Scotland. Along with Yvonne he serves as Scottish Coordinator for Love After Marriage a new ministry to strengthen Christian Marriages.

Yvonne Hall

Yvonne is the most recent addition to the Leadership team, joining in January 2012. She is married to Andy Hall. They were invited into Scotland as missionaries in 2001. Yvonne came to the Lighthouse when she was asked to lead a Healing Rooms ministry. Since then she has also co-founded a prophetic outreach organisation aimed at enabling the spiritually hungry to encounter Jesus in the marketplace through Christian spiritual fairs. In 2010 she started working with the local community to see it positively transformed. She is currently training as a Life Coach and is the Ayrshire Co-ordinator for Bethel Sozo. She & Andy are also the Scottish Co-ordinators for Love After Marriage (LAM) which is a ministry that brings healing, restoration & a fuller glory into marriages. Her passion is to see Scotland and its people healed and transformed as it encounters the “goodness of God in the land of the living.”

Yolanda Oosthuizen

“I am Abba’s child! Love Jesus, His Kingdom and His church. It is a huge privileged to be part of the dynamic kingdom community of The Lighthouse.

I am passionate to see people get revelation that transforms their relationship with God, others and themselves in ways that empowers their lifestyles.

Originally from South Africa, I call Scotland ‘home’ for the last 16 years. I love Scotland and the weather! I came here though YWAM when God called me to be blessed and to be a blessing to the Scots and the nations of the world.

I served in various leadership roles in YWAM and then completed a degree in Theology at ICC in Glasgow. I was invited to join the leadership team of The Lighthouse towards the end of 2005 and I have enjoyed this role since in conjunction with YWAM responsibilities and international teaching.
